We print on a few shirt brands which we have found to be preferred by our customers. We use brands such as Bella and Canvas and Next Level. Occasionally, due to volume and availability, we will substitute a comparable brand.
WHAT IS YOUR PRINTING PROCESS?
Our products are custom printed at the time of order. We utilize both screen printing and heat transfer processes. We partner with trust screen printers and produce items in-house. All designs belong exclusively to Rock Your Words. If you find an error in printing, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
HOW DO YOUR SIZES RUN
We offer sizes S - 3XL and up to 5XL for certain products and designs. Please see our Size Chart to determine your fit. Unless otherwise noted, our shirts are Unisex. Unisex shirts tend to run a size larger for women. If you are a woman who prefers a slimmer cut, we advise ordering 1 size down from your normal size.
The Ladies Collections are printed on both unisex and women's cut tees. Each product is clearly labeled. Women's cut tees tend to run a size smaller. Again, please refer to the the Size Chart for your preferred fit.HOW DO I CARE FOR MY SHIRT?
We suggest washing your shirt on a gentle cycle in cold water. Hang drying is recommended. Iron your shirt inside out on a low setting if necessary. Do not place the iron directly on the printed design.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard and American Express through our secure payment processing system. We also accept PayPal. We do not store your credit card information.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Your order is generally processed within 3-5 days of your order. Processing includes printing, inspection and packaging. After that, your order is shipped within 3-5 days. So the total time for your order to arrive could be up to 10 days. Please keep in mind that orders placed during any holiday season might extend your shipping date due to volume and demand. Thank you for your patience.
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES?
Shipping rates start at $3.99 to $5 for US orders and may increase slightly depending on the amount ordered. We strive to keep shipping costs as low as possible. Shipping is calculated in your shopping cart after pressing "Check Out" and adding your shipping address.
DO YOU OFFER PACKAGE TRACKING?
Yep. We sure do! We will send a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. If you do not receive your order by the date indicated in the tracking notice, please reach out to the shipping company directly. If you still do not receive your order after that time, please contact our customer service at email@example.com
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE/CANCELLATION POLICY?
Please refer to our Return/Exchange policy for a full details. However, since we print your product at the time it is ordered, exchange requests. Unless we send the wrong product, we cannot process cancellations, returns or exchanges. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org asap.
We do not issue a refund on orders that are paid and shipped.
DO YOU OFFER COUPONS/DISCOUNTS?
Check our website and social media sites for current offers. In addition, email subscribers are notified first about discounts and new products. Our email subscribers also receive exclusive offers.
