Returns and Exchanges
We hope you are very satisfied with the product you ordered. We ask that before checking out, you pay close attention to the sizing charts for all products to ensure a proper fit. We also ask that you double check your entire order to ensure you have selected the desired item, size and color. Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is received.
At this time, we do not offer cash refunds. However, if the return request is due to the item not being what you expected, we are happy to offer a store credit towards a new purchase, upon the return of the original item. Please send an email to hello@shoprockyourwords.com with your name, order number and product name.
Our policy lasts 15 days. Returned items should be postmarked within 15 days of receiving the order. Unfortunately we cannot offer an exchange after that time.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item should be unused, unworn and in the same condition as received. It should also be in the original packaging. Items that do not meet these conditions will be non-returnable and denied.
You (customer) are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item.
It is recommended that you use registered mail to track your return item.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the credit to your account. Only the amount of the original purchase can be credited to your account.
Defects, Damages and Loss
Items are thoroughly inspected before shipping to avoid defects. Rock Your Words cannot be held liable for loss or damages that occur to the package while in transit to the delivery address. In this case, please contact your local post office to address the loss or damage. Unfortunately, Rock Your Words cannot offer a refund or exchange due to these circumstances.
If you believe your product is defective, such as misspelled words or the wrong product was sent to you, please email hello@rockyourwords.com and we will work closely with you to resolve the issue.
